    Rebel Junk, a multi vendor store, offers an opportunity to sell a wide variety of merchandise from smalls to furniture. We are committed to producing a high quality shop and will be advertising with flyers, publicity ads in local/major newspapers and magazines, and various social media organizations.

    Booth rental fee is due the 1st of every month. Sales will be from the 1st thru the last day of the month. Payout will be varied on shop location of the following month. Rebel Junk will pay for all state sales tax done through the shop. We reserve the right to offer up to a 10% discount unless ND (no discount) is listed on the tag. This is always a case by case bases. All vendors will be given a vendor number to keep track of sales and product. All vendors should keep a complete list of inventory on product and provide Rebel Junk that list. Any wholesale product must be approved by Rebel Junk before ordered or displayed. This is a must for as Rebel Junk or another vendor might have this product under contract. Rebel Junk has the right to give written notice of vendor cancellation for not keeping up with a high quality standard of your booth space. Your Rebel Junk Booth space must be full and shop-able for all hours of shop opening.

    As for being a vendor in pop-up markets: your space at Rebel Junk should not look as it has been emptied to provide product for such markets. Customers expect to have the best stuff from you as a Rebel Junk Shoppe Vendor.

    Listing and Selling outside of the Rebel Junk Shoppes: Anything that is advertised (on FBMarketplace/Craigslist or any social media outlet) and the item is in the shoppes should be ran through the shoppes. This has become more of an issue over the last few months. If this is something you would like to advertise and sell outside of the storefront. I ask you to please remove the items from the store. We want Rebel Junk to be the BEST junkin' place for customers.

    The undersigned exhibitor hereby applies for exhibition space at the above named shop and encloses payment herein. Rebel Junk, Funky Junk Sisters (FJS), its workers, the Sponsor, the hosted venue, shall not be liable for property damage or personal injury to Exhibitor, its agent or employees, which may occur on or about any part of the subject premises, regardless of how such injury or damage may have occurred. Exhibitor waves any claim against Rebel Junk, FJS, the Sponsor, the hosted venue.The Exhibitor assumes all liability for loss or damage to Exhibitors property entrusted to the premises. All vendors must provide Certificate of Insurance with a $1MIL coverage listing Rebel Junk as insured to be covered by any major damage or loss of product. (Most Home Owners or Renters Insurance will cover this) If you would like to waive the coverage please check the box below. Rebel Junk will not be responsible for any loss.

    Exhibitor shall hold Rebel Junk, FJS, the Sponsor, the hosted venue,harmless and shall indemnify Rebel Junk, FJS, the Sponsor, the hosted venue against all liability or expense arising out of any claim or injury or damage to any person or property together will all cost in connection with defense thereto, including attorney’s fees. The above mentioned parties will not be held responsible if show is cancelled for any reason.

    Vendors are not permitted to resell other items purchased from other vendors at the same shop or sell any merchandise bearing Rebel Junk, Funky Junk Sisters, or Junk Salvation logo. Rebel Junk and FJS reserve the right to demand removal by Exhibitor of any item which may not be in keeping with the shops image. Rebel Junk and the FJS reserve to make rules and regulations and any interpretation as is set forth by Rebel Junk and the FJS.

    All municipal, state and federal requirements in connection with sales must be fulfilled, including licenses and permits, sales tax, electrical, fire department regulations and no smoking ordinances.
    No pets allowed in buildings.

    You may be photographed by Rebel Junk and FJS photographer and various media outlets, and may be filmed by various entities. The images and/or film may be used as promotional material by Rebel Junk or FJS or various entities, as approved by Rebel Junk and FJS, and belong solely to Rebel Junk and FJS and/or various entities.

    This contract cannot be assigned without written consent of Rebel Junk and FJS. No booth may be shared without the prior written consent of Rebel Junk.

    Full payment is due at time of application. Space is not reserved until payment is received.

    Cancellation: SPACE RENTAL FEES WILL NOT BE RETURNED IF EXHIBITOR CANCELS. A 20 day notice for termination of booth space.
